You can park downtown and walk around and look at the historic buildings, eat at any of the quality restaurants, stop by the post office and see the Depression Era murals painted by the local artists of that time and visit Fort Harrodsburg.Enjoy.

Shaker Village is about 15 minutes outside of Harrodsburg.
We came up and saw the Ark, then Creation museum, then on to the Shaker Village. We saw little of Harrodsburg, but the countryside was lovely. I really would like to come back.
