“The bedding and towels were of good quality and the room was clean however the general state of maintenance was very poor. The ensuite smelled of rot as evidenced in the state of the bath surround. The fan sounded like a jet engine. The window was almost impossible to put up or down but needed to be up to dissipate the smell of the bathroom. The hallways also smelt musty and there are lots of stairs up and down with your luggage. I would not stay here again.”

TV and kettle with Yorkshire tea bags. Bed was comfortable and was quiet overnight. Pub sells good beer no food unfortunately but chip shop across the road. Negatives: shower had no pressure and was Luke warm”
