Rhe 1st room they gave me had a chimical strong cleaning smell. I had to keep the room even if i asked another. Then at midnight i woke up with a mouse at my feet. The staff told me he had no room i had to stay in the room and get another room the next day. I asked for refund or compensation but i got nothing. The 2nd room was fine. But still i was hoping to get a refund for the bad night i got
