“This is a B&B and not a hotel. I was in the superior room with a king and a twin. At check out they charged me extra for the twin although in the original booking it clearly said King and Twin, so I dont know where the extra charge came from. Water was not hot and I had to take a cold shower. Shower gel given was half used from previous occupants may be. I asked if there is laundry onsite and they insisted they will do it for me without quoting me the price and at the end added it to the bill....

“Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect. Hint: Use local app Indrive (like UBER) to save on taxis.”

“The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. “A very beautiful hotel. Clean and newly renovated. Although this isn't a traditional hotel. For example, they don't have a reception, and their breakfast is very unpredictable. I had a table laid out for me, looked like I was the only one, but was not offered options. I just had an omelette given to me. The next day I texted the receptionist (via whatsapp) to understand, and she informed me that it's whatever the cook has, so if I wanted something I should ask. It would have been nice to inform...
