The hotel charge me more than what it said it would and when I spoke to the front desk, they can barely speak English and they told me my bank charged me twice and my bank said that was ridiculous. So now I’m fighting to get my money back.
Nice and clean, breakfast was not great but not terrible, very nice stay. Room was clean and quiet.

My husband dropped the gravy spoon. The manager let his feelings show. The towels were very scratchy.
Would stay again if needed. Just overnight though.
This motel was very clean and comfortable, although the breakfast nook is quite small. The 2nd morning the breakfast supplies had run low, but the staff got right on it.
Happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. The main receptionist, a female, was very unfriendly. We were not told of the complimentary breakfast and stayed 4 nights.

Was unable to check in. They don’t allow trailers on property and I had a small trailer behind my vehicle. The staff could not issue a refund so they sent a message to their management. I should hear from them next week to see if they will refund the room.

Rude front desk
I was given a card for room 220 two separate times when my room was 219 and on the third attempt I asked the representative what card he was given me for what room and he admitted he was given me the wrong key to the wrong room so he fixed it. My female teenager was waiting in front of the hotel room door with our luggage while i was running back n forth trying to get the right key. Also he told me it was easier to get to my room from back of them building so i parked back there with my luggage and found out there was no way to open the door. So we had to drag our luggage around the front of the building to go in the front. Told me there wasnt going to be a hold on my credit card but there was a $75 hold placed. When i went to check out i complained to the front desk about it and he was very rude, accused me of lying and said they got cameras with audio. I said thats great they will be able to see and hear how i was treated. I will never stay there again.
DO NOT BOOK HERE even the towns people would not recommend this place. The name of the hotel has changed but not the owner. They tried to charge my card a extra 100 dollar's and told me they were not charging my card. I call credit card company while there and while I'm on phone I curse and the assistance manager tells me she's not giving me the room now and I need to leave. She refused to give me her name and calls the cops on me because I'm now trust passing. This is not the first time this owner has scammed people out of their money. If the locals don't recommend this place you know its not a good place to stay!
Horrible experience. You pre-pay yet they put a $200 hold on your credit card. Front desk has no empathy towards this situation. No emotion or offer to help in any way. Will never stay here ever again or any Quality Inn.
Wouldn't let me use my reservation claiming my card was declining but went 3 miles down the road to another motel and the same card worked like a charm.
