Receptionist was hard to understand. No handicap rooms available. Soda machine didn’t accept dollars. No elevator, I could barely do stairs with my hands full of clothes and items I needed for my stay. No downstair rooms available because I chose one of the two rooms offered (2 queen beds) when I made a reservation. Receptionist offered a refund but I couldn’t drive any further. Wall heater is very filthy inside vents. Bed was comfortable, hotel was clean. TV worked.

It's a safe area. The facility is kept up. The room was clean with plenty of hot water. Breakfast place is next door. I'd stay there again.

We alway choose to stay here. Rooms are larger than other hotels near by. They are always clean. Great sleeping as it is very quiet there.

The rooms are upbeat in color, immaculate, and so comfy! Our night manager, Jen, was polite, professional, and very gracious! The innkeeper was very friendly and committed to making our stay perfect in every way! We will be back!!

The lamps were blinking and the entry light went out right away inside our room. And i wasn't a fan of the coffee maker being in the bathroom. But otherwise it was a clean hotel with friendly staff and they stayed on top of meeting any needs.

A gold standard for Quality Inns

This hotel was clean, well maintained, quiet, friendly, and overall, exemplary. I wish all Quality Inns were all like this one. We were towing a long trailer which didn't fit into the lot but the hotel owns a adjacent dirt lot which can hold several over-sized vehicles so it was no problem.

I stayed here for five days. Checking in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was room service everyday. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this excellent hotel.

Steph was the worst I've ever seen I would never recommend this place for anybody to stay there now I can understand why the world changing and people treat people the way they do it's a shame and embarrassing people shouldn't treat people that way where are the good people in this world it's time to stand up for what's right

Everyone we came in contact with on staff was extremely pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about our stay. Was a pleasant over night stay.

Staff was absolutely horrible. Caused us a lot of issues because we smoke. We did NOT smoke inside. We were smoking outside and they decided to call the police and evict us from our room. Told us we had 10 minutes to gather our stuff but deactivated our room key before we could get back to our room to get our property. The police didn’t make an issue with us about it and also told us that they continually have problems with the management at this hotel. They recommended that we never stay they again. They tell everyone to stay somewhere else when they are asked.

It was very noisy all day and night. Someone kept trying to come in our door/ guess wrong room Ac was very dirty vents and coils woke up with a nose bleed Told manager he said it was just the environment he gets them too. It’s ok for one night. But not if you need good rest. Breakfast area very small not much to choose from
