Pool was FREEZING.
Pool music was obtrusive. Some people don't want to listen to it!
Biggest problem was encountered when checking out. Waited on the 16th floor for a non full elevator for FORTY FIVE MINUTES! Could not take the stairs. Finally a security guard ushered us to a service elevator.

Coffee makers and refrigerators in the room.
More free seating directly around the pool. Went there on a Saturday and a lot of the “paid seats” were empty the whole day.
The cheeseburger place was excellent!! Lots of games. Looked for the Dream Card Poker Game but couldn’t find one.

Online check in didn't work at all. Had to go to the front desk. This place is a smoke hole and I would avoid it in future.

I’ve stayed here since 2012 and it’s a hidden gem and your off the strip but still close enough to walk and feel like you’re staying on the strip and the staff is always nice and friendly and helpful
