Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the installation of a new thermostat for the room. It did not work (unless you wanted a/c only) the heat would not come on and the thermostat was complicated. Front desk staff did not know how to work the new thermostat. They were very kind and apologized. I just wish the hotel had made an attempt at training their staff before subjecting the guests to this new system.

This hotel was clean, modern and luxurious, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was fresh and well-done with a great variety. The pool and fitness center were both well-maintained and enjoyable to use. One of the biggest highlights was the suite layout there was plenty of sleeping space with multiple beds, including a pull-out/trundle option, which made it perfect for families or groups needing extra room without feeling cramped. The only small drawback was a slight odor to the linens, similar to laundry that may have sat damp for a bit too long. While it didn’t overshadow the experience, it’s something worth noting. Overall, this is a beautiful, upscale hotel with great amenities, thoughtful room design and a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely consider staying here again.
