Awesome!

The property is very well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable.The rooms are quite cozy, so if you don't like tight spaces do not stay here. The parking ($10) is horrible, I'm glad we were in our Honda Civic and not our SUV. There are limited spaces and slots are very small. The air-conditioner was super loud not sure if ours was having issues or if it's normal for all the units. We arrived at 240 pm and we were told that we had to wait until 255 to check in or pay for a early check in which is $40, WHAT? We've never paid a early check in fee, we have paid a late check out fee which makes more sense. So we waited the 15 minutes in the car. The parking lot at this time had 3 cars, one of which was ours. All things being said, we would stay here again for a quick 1 night stay.

The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

At first glance, the front lobby looks modern and clean, which gave us a great first impression. Unfortunately, everything changed once we got to our room. This is much more of a motel than a hotel and, in our experience, it is not family-friendly. The guests staying above us were extremely loud all night, with constant stomping, yelling, and other inappropriate behavior that made it impossible to sleep. Honestly, I think I would have slept better in my car. The property is also very old, and while the lobby looks nice, the rooms are outdated and not very clean. The overall condition did not match the impression the entrance gives. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Between the lack of cleanliness and the sleepless night due to the excessive noise, we will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to families looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay.

The checkin was the only problem i had while at the property. I recieved numerous messages about doing online check in, so I went through and did all the steps, even putting in all my credit card info to expedite the check in process, but as I got to the hotel they closed the kiosks to do the online check in, so I had to wait over an hour in a line to check in, so that did not make me happy.

Clean, had everything you needed it, and staff.

Cleanness was great but service was terrible! All numbers provided by the team to call if anything is needed don’t work and at any time of the day it says “ no one is available to assist” my key was not working on any of the floors or the amenity floor! I had to go down every time i needed to get to my room floor as my key was not working. I had to go down to ask for a blanket cuz the number was not working! Needed towels but no one answered my phone and my text was responded to in 24hr which didn’t help! No coffee replenishment, no housekeeping service, no trash removal! Pretty disappointing. The gentleman who checked me in was pretty kind. The lady who checked me out was extremely dry, did not even ask how was my stay. She just said “all set”.
