“Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift was out of order for all of our stay which was not good as I have arthritis in both knees, left hip and right shoulder. There were a lot of stairs - this spoilt the holiday slightly for me”

“Tha staff were very helpful and polite, the hotel is well positioned for access to A1 and local bus route to Town. The room was perfect with plenty of room and an extra large bed. We had dinner in the hotel there was plenty of choice and all freshly cooked, excellent.”

“We stayed here one night on the way back down from Scotland. The evening meal was ok, although elements of my wife’s starter weren’t included as on the menu. We drew this to the attention of the Manager who apologies and said they they would remind the chef to include all elements of the dish in the in future, but nothing else was offered. My Steak pie was delicious but my wife’s sea bass wasn’t to her liking either. The room was clean, but the TV in the room wasn’t tuned in ind I could only...

“Gorgeous little B&B run by the lovely Les. Everywhere was spotless and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfy, very pretty and had everything we could need for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Felt like by the end of our stay that Les had become a friend and a confidante 😉 Definitely planning a return trip…”
