“Good staff service. Room and bathroom very modern and clean, bed was comfortable and had a great sleep. Breakfast was good quality lovely fresh fruit. Great location and very friendly staff.”

“Faultless. Perfect holiday. Thank you.”

“Run by a lovely, very helpful couple who want your stay to be as good as it can be. Provided parking, excellent breakfasts, helpful local knowledge. The room was very clean and was refreshed & restocked each day. Highly recommended.”

Can't say enough good things, would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Alnwick.”

“Stayed here a number of times. It's perfect for a quiet retreat with no distractions such as TV or phones. Owner tim is always on hand polite and helpful. Highly recommend the place.”

They did offer to move him to another room, but it was late and he just wanted to get to bed. Also, the beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin, I had to use all 4 of them. Rooms would benefit from blackout...

“Hotel was nice however the host insisted my colleague paid her direct in her account even this had been paid for via Hotels.com”
