“I wouldn’t recommend this hotel anyone, I stayed at this hotel recently and paid £130 for a night but it was very disappointed with the condition of the room and the way my concerns were handled. “The oliver cromwell was very tired and dated. The carpet in the corridor was loose and a trip hazard, we couldn't get hot water from the shower (fine for the bath). Lighting was poor. The bar wasn't staffed. Bed was ok. On a positive note, the room had air-conditioned was was appreciated”
