“We booked a Suite, the room was VERY small & the sofa bed was horrible, our adult son couldn’t begin to sleep on that bed, terrible springs with a very thin mattress. All that the girl could do to fix the problem was to put us in a room with 2 Queen Beds, although she couldn’t refund us any $, as we went through Expedia. “I stayed at this hotel recently, and the lobby service was very poor. The woman who checked me in was rude and unwelcoming. Later that night, I asked about coffee, and the man at the front desk didn’t even respond verbally, he only used gestures and didn’t acknowledge me properly, which felt very disrespectful.
