Breakfast Down at 09.10 Hrs

One point was the time waiting for the food at breakfast. I had to wait over 25 mintues for the hash browns and over 20 minutes for the bacon and the sausages and at 09.25 there were no baps left. Whilst my family eat I had toast and marmalade , toast with scrambled eggs. They really need to plan according too the number of guests.

Lovely convenient place to stay.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and there was a daily room cleaning service. Buffet breakfast was great. Tea and coffee making available in the room. Very good shower and adjustable air conditioning in the room was a bonus. Cons: Room is advertised as having TV with cable channels, but the channels were freeview and half of them didn't work with retuning from the menu blocked. Floors were very creaky and woke the family whenever I walked to get to the toilet during the night. Parking is available but at an additional cost (£9 overnight, payable before exiting). Overall it is a lovely convenient place to stay and this was our 2nd time at the hotel.

The stay at this hostel was great. Hannah at the reception was very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The check-in and check-out processes were also quick. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Even though the hotel is close to a railway line, the trains didn't disturb the silence at all. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety.
