The property is amazing and the staff is excellent. Very attentive to your needs. As expected in Santorini there are a lot of stairs, so be prepared for that. No complaints and the views are amazing!

Astarte Suites is beautiful boutique hotel in Santorini, Greece. The managers and staff are very kind. The problem with this hotel is the over 50 large steep steps that any guest must win every day to get in and get out. To make things worse they do not explain this neither on the website or if you call in advance. I am 80-yr. old and clearly told them my age before making the reservation with lovely Expedia. They said that I would not have any problem (?!). When I arrived they helped with my bags but minutes as soon as I arrived I decided to leave, traumatized by such terrible experience, and concerned of the days ahead. I am now waiting for the refund of the monies paid.

Location is perfect, beautiful sunset views right on the caldera. Very romantic! The reason we can’t give it 5 stars is because the AC in the loft room was not effective at cooling the space and breakfast service was very slow and the food wasn’t great.

This is a place you should stay. Amazing views, staff and excellently maintained. Can’t wait to come back!

First time in Santorini. I would definitely come back to Rocabella hotel. Amazing and very helpful staff. Amazing views and well maintained property 😊
