“Lindo hotel en el centro de la ciudad en una buena ubicación para recorrer The Cotswolds. Hotel antiguo con buen restaurant y buen servicio. Hay que prepararse para las escaleras ya que no hay ascensor. ”

“Very friendly staff both at front desk and in the restaurant for breakfast. But rooms don’t have A/C and with the heat wave it was surely missed!”

Esto no significa que no hayan sido amables pero si les falta este tipo de detalles que te hacen sentir bienvenido. Lo que es excelente es la cena en el restaurante del hotel, simplemente exquisita. ”

“The hotel was in a fantastic setting and our room was great. We didn’t have an evening meal there so I can’t comment on that but the breakfast was disappointing. The staff were rude, a large number of tables were left with dirty plates etc even though it wasn’t that busy. We had to ask for basic things like glasses and milk to go with the tea etc because there weren’t restocking them for guests to use.
