Vacations Close To Great Wolf Lodge Water Park

Very convenient location, great communication with staff. Very beautiful outdoor space, better bang for my buck than a traditional hotel stay. Absolutely loved it!

We loved the ambiance of the property. They were doing some construction but we barely noticed it. Spa treatments were amazing. Don’t miss the Orange Ritual in their Vichy room.

Facilities were well maintained and the decor was modern. Ordered a couples massage in the room that was very relaxing.

Entry to the property is challenging, as there is a locked gate that you don’t have a code to. Directions from the property are not forthcoming easily. That said once you get inside it’s a great place to stay. Roomy, quiet, and really well appointed. Once they get the initial entry thing right, this will be a go to place for people.

Overall a great experience. Clean room and great amenities. Only thing i would critique is the AC.

Our family stayed at Talking Stick Resort and had a very disappointing experience. A few hours after checking out, we realized we left a backpack in the room closet containing sensitive medical records, souvenirs, and photos. We immediately called the front desk, but were told the housekeeper had left and a new guest had checked in. We were advised to call back the next day. When we followed up, the bag still had not been found. Over four days of us constantly calling, staff showed zero urgency and eventually told us they cannot check a room or contact a guest during their stay. Housekeeping clearly failed to inspect the room for forgotten items before reassigning it, or cleaned the room and did not return our backpack to lost-and-found, and management offered no proactive help or accountability for sensitive personal items reported missing within hours. Despite spending significantly at the resort and casino, we felt completely dismissed. We expect far better service from a resort of this standard and will not return.
