Villas en Gran Packington

“The hotel, room and bathroom were all very clean, and the staff were great. However, there is a significant issue with the soundproofing of the doors. Noise from the corridors is very noticeable. The breakfast is great - lots of hot and cold choices in a self serve buffet.”

I was genuinely touched by this kindness. It was something I never expected, and it made me feel cared for, reassured, and safe. It is the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff that make a hotel truly special. I...
