B&B en Great Chishall

“todo ok”

“A very comfortable country pub, with great food, top chef and well kept beer. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. My room was a tad small and basic but the bathroom was modern and hey this is a 16th century building and I enjoyed my stay.”

“Tiene un parque increible ”

“The room was in poor condition. Cracked tiles, no bin, no toilet brush, stained napkins and I found multiple hairs around the room. Not worth the money that I paid and won't be staying again.”

“Really nice and regrettably brief stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast ran by a lovely couple. I was made to feel at home from the start and the hosts went out of their way to help make my stay as comfortable as possible (including an offer of a lift to a local pub!). Breakfast was really high quality and ample. I will definitely look to stay again! Thank you!”

“The property is quaint/unusual. Not easily seen from the road if arriving in the dark. Provisions given in the room and the landing were excellent and fabulous location for Stansted airport. However, on opening the front door noted that the hall carpet was slightly worn and the room allocated had a shower in the room rather than the bathroom. Otherwise very comfortable stay and would book again, but request a room with a definite bathroom.”

“Muy amables y buen servicio ”

“A little gem! Hospitable, great food, well stocked bar, comfortable bed and a good shower. Parking a little sketchy if you're arriving after dark, but a good welcome, clear instructions and helped up the stairs to my room. Dog welcome too (no charge). Simon the landlord is the proper English gentleman, the pub is a well-established proper English pub, and I'd thoroughly recommend a stay here for a reasonably (sensibly) priced base if you're visiting this part of the world on holiday or on...

“The rooms were simple & comfortable but the check in process was pretty poor. Dinner & breakfast were just about ok but we were rushed out of the breakfast room at 10.10 & asked to leave the hotel asap for the cleaners to start work. Overall I can give this property no more than 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Nice place, cozy”

“Great rooms, really quiet and convenient location”

“Very pleasant suite of rooms, very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast”

“A warm welcome on arrival, lovely room with all facilities and a delicious cooked breakfast before we left. Would definitely book again and highly recommend to others ”

“Habitacion pequeña. Muy poco espacio para las maletas. Desayuno ok pero no el típico desayuno inglés. ”

“Dueño del B and B super amable. Habitacion muy pequeña con cama queen size. Era preferible una cama menor. Desayuno super bueno, excelente. Bus en la puerta del Lodge hacia el centro si uno no quiere caminar 20 min. Promedio muy bueno ”
