CONS - Offered an upgrade that delayed my check in then they ultimately discouraged me from taking the upgraded room. Why offer an upgrade for an outdated room located in the part of the hotel that has not been renovated and use inaccurate photos for the advertisement. Hotel room was cleaned after 3pm, disrupting me from getting ready for a concert. PRO - Hotel staff promptly jumped into action when a fire alarm went off in the hotel hallway.

The hotel was overall a great stay with minor inconveniences. I loved all the amenities and the location of the hotel. We were in the center part of the strip and lots of stores. The hotel was clean!! My family and I didn’t appreciate the unexpected and structured fire drill that led to no assistance of staff or safety confirmations at midnight during our stay. Secondly there aren’t microwaves inside the room, but we didn’t know beforehand and was an inconvenience.

Its the most overpriced place I have ever stayed in my life. 80 bucks for eggs and toast. You are eating yourself alive with that kind of stuff. Have my money now, but you wont ever get it again.
