“Las instalaciones son excepcionales”

“The room was immaculate, comfortable, and very well presented. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A great small hotel with a personal touch, and I would happily stay here again.”

“Great hotel, clean rooms, staff were lovely. It's so highly recommended, we keep coming back.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Alverton. The room by the courtyard was very nice, and the bed super comfortable. Nice and quiet as well. The one thing that was a bit disappointing was the breakfast - we had decided to stick with the continental option, the buffet was limited, the toast we had ordered never arrived, and my mum’s gluten free toast got there only just before we left, more than half an hour in. I appreciate things can get busy, but it was unfortunate that there was no...

“Superb guesthouse in convenient location close to city centre. Close to bus routes too. Very accommodating owners. Lovely, clean room with everything you could ask for. Brilliant continental breakfast including cereals, pastries, toast, fruit/fruit salad, cheese and yoghurts. Cake and hot drinks also available during the day. Communal fridge is useful to keep your own food fresh. Really lovely experience with amazing hosts. Highly recommended!”

“Ancient history, located in the middle of an old fishing village. The staff helpful and friendly. The area in the bar/restaurant was quite dark. The key hole to the room was too near the door frame, making it difficult to use.”

“Tienen varias casas a modo de hotel pero no lo indican en la reserva. Es mas bien casa de huespedes. Calidad del sueño muy buena y cama comoda. Baño pequeño. Alojamiento tipico inglés Mucha luz en habitacion sin cortinas opacas. No ascensor”

“El sitio es muy agradable y cómodo. La señora que lo lleva es muy agradable y todo está limpio y es muy confortable. El desayuno está muy bien. Tiene parking ”

“Habitaciones cabaña (abuardillada)”

“Room was bigger than normal, clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was OK.”

“Las vistas y todo eso.............................”

“Cerca de la playa pero aislado, la habitación daba al patio de luces , la ventana estaba el cierre roto y se oía el ruido de las máquinas constAntemente. El resto bien”

“Really lovely stay and a great surprise. The room was much bigger than we expected and we were really pleased to find that the kids effectively had their own little room within our room, with really good-sized bunk beds. It made such a difference travelling as a family and everyone had plenty of space. The staff were absolutely outstanding, genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful, and really added to our stay. The room was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was excellent and,...

“This may have been the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Immaculate. The staff were genuinely helpful (getting our bags upstairs, for example.) The excellent breakfast was cooked to order. The buffet had fresh cut fruit, which was a lovely touch. The location was a little out of the way, but the views and the grounds made up for it. We did not stay in the shepherds huts, but they looked really interesting (and super high quality) Excellent for couples.”

“Perfect spot and lovely pub by the sea - loved it”
