Bathroom flooded itself

Great Location

I paid for a double queen size bed room. The initial room I was given someone was already assigned the room. They gave me a second room with only one bed and told me they were totally booked for rooms with double beds (that I paid for months in advance) The third room was a King size bed and sofa and the bathroom wall was full of mold. After speaking with a manager who assured me that he would have the housekeeping manager take a look (he lied) I went into the lobby a fourth time and spoke with a different manager threatening to contact corporate then mysteriously a room was available with two beds. Inside of the fourth room was no working television but at that point myself and my roommate was totally over it. I will never book that hotel again. It’s filthy and the first manager was no help at all.

Great stay. Clean & close to everything. Balcony is a nice addition.

The staff was super friendly and helpful with directions to subway and front desk person went above and beyond to recommend a local app for getting around town. The location was great with quick access to the subway and stores. Bath toiletries in shower were nice as was hand soap but no lotion. That being said I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel says it’s renovated but we couldn’t tell. The room had 1 outlet area with 2 outlets one of which was taken up by the phone. The bathroom outlet was by the sliding door, which didn’t close all the way, and therefore any cords had to be strung over the toilet. Only 3 hangers but 2 closets, no iron only a steamer which doesn’t work on all clothing. There were no washcloths and only 1 hand towel and we had to call daily for them. 2nd day trash was not emptied. We asked for a mini fridge however when the maintenance person brought it he couldn’t plug it in since the outlet was needed for phones and would be it would be wedged between the beds. We were there 3 nights. The pictures online are much nicer than in person which is misleading.
