“I think the 4 pm checking in time needs looking at as the park closes at 6 u don't have enough time to go round so basically u lose a day I stayed for 2 nights and paid over £500 and only got one day there I think that's way to much money for basically a day trip with”

“All areas were spotless, staff were friendly and helpful, good choice at breakfast and the breakfast area was really nice and as spacious, quick and easy check-in and free parking outside the room. Also looked lovely from the outside with hanging baskets and tubs of flowers, those and garden areas were well maintained.”

“Family room - the room, beds and shower room all clean. Plenty of pillows with the option of firm and soft, duvet is a little small for the bed and the one on the sofa bed was also too small if 2 sharing, so you may need to request extra ones. Aircon is fab for the summer kept the room lovely and cool. Sofa bed is a tight squeeze for 2 children but bed has plenty room for 2 adults. Communal areas very clean and spacious although the dining area can get a little busy during the breakfast. As for...
