We arrived in the afternoon and wandered around reception for 10 minutes after being told by a lady behind the desk it would only be a moment while the only other person on duty was on the phone. There was no one else in the property. I left, went back to the car and considered going somewhere else. Came back in, and was ignored while the two behind the counter had a conversation. This is our favourite place to stay on East Coast. St Helen’s is one of the best towns to be in too. Great locality to everything”
