“Stayed a few times. It’s in need of a touch up but worth the money. The restaurant is really good, with staff doing a great job. Mostly compliments to the stand in manager and the chef.”

“The room was very clean and a comfy bed. However VERY dissapointed with the breakfast. Would have preferred somewhere to sit down and eat rather than perch on the bed, breakfast cereals and pastries available just outside the room, but nowhere to sit down and no milk, only found a very small amount of little pods of milk for drinks. However as we didn't use the wardrobe, to store clothes, it was only on leaving and doing a routine check, thatxwe found a small fridge with milk in.”

“Friendly staff, good pub attached with good food. Breakfast was tasty but did take a while to arrive (30mins). Room was clean, but tired and in need of some repairs (bathroom doorframe and main light fittings). Good place for an overnight stop.”

“Very clean room and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Shower is a bit of a dribble and you need to bring your own soap or shower gel. No breakfast but there's options just around the corner. A great pub with lots of beers on offer from their own brewery. I'd happily go back.”

“The room was huge with more than enough space for a seating area as well as a dressing table/coffee station. Tea/coffee provided and hairdryer in room. Bathroom was adequate but dated and some of the seating in the bedroom area was ripped and one of the bedside lights didn’t work. Staff were helpful although it took some time to knowledge us on arrival. They were really helpful when I phoned to make an enquiry prior to arrival.
