Bathroom floor was very slippery right from the beginning, one soap was nearly empty (the other one empty) as well as heavily diluted when I arrived and was never refilled, the towels were not changed despite placing the old ones in the bath tub as per directions. Ground floor rooms are noisy. On the other hand the pub staff were very kind and helped with the towel replacement. The cleaning contractor is not doing its job properly., a shame.

Honestly felt like I had to write a review as it was a great stay. the Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and made the visit. They were extremely understanding when I made an error in my food choice and helped me pick something else, reassured me that the mistake was honest and were so polite about it.
