“Beautiful location, lovely village and park across the road. Very safe for children to walk around the village. Though mine just stayed in the park. The staff at this hotel are very well mannered, attentive and successful in what they do regardless of obvious pressures. A bit disappointed there wasn't any danishes available before breakfast had finished at the early time of 930am. Plenty of cereals, toast and jams with plenty of coffee that you can takeaway”

“We stayed at this hotel for the last night of our 4 day South-North Wales road trip. After spending 3 full days trekking, sightseeing and driving, it was a perfect end to a brilliant road trip. The hotel was welcoming and super comfortable and the spa experience before we headed home on our final morning was a perfect relaxing finish. The backdrop of the hotel was stunning and the grounds were perfectly maintained and postcard pretty. Would absolutely have no hesitation recommending this...

“Breakfast food was badly cooked and service was poor.. However lunch was excellent in respect of food and service, There was some noise from the bar and lounge area in the late evening which disturbed some of our sleep and we were astounded to see a bible had been thrown on a roof overlooking reception.łmnh”

“Location was good and also the matras was ok. The Bath and furniture were dated, Bath rust and mold. View from the window on garbage from hotel. We had lots of flies in the room. The TV was not working properly (bad receipt most channels). No soap and shampoo at shower (both empty). No cleanup room and clean towels for 2nd night. We paid for breakfast but was poor. On tables outside in the morning they left all the bottles and glasses. They are not looking after the place. Much much too...

“Room needs a refresh head board peeling,which left stains on white pillow ,thankfully not my husbands white shirt, oh the pillows were very flat ,lovely breakfast entrance to reception needed a blast of water above very dirty when looking up, staff were all lovely”

“Very good food..massive portions. Could have done with more vegetarian choices though. Some work being done on one of the bedrooms near ours. Staff helpful”
