“On arrival it was hard to work out where to check in. Not well signed. When we found it the desk was unattended initially. Staff were very rigid about the 3 pm check in policy (a lot of places I've been are not). The room was not airconditioned. There was no soap in or near the bathroom sink. It was necessary to register a precise time to attend breakfast on arrival, and the breakfast offerings were of mediocre quality. “Room was dirty, scuffed paintwork, stained carpet, skirting boards thick with grime and dust, cobwebs and dead bugs (in the cobwebs) on the ceiling. Not to mention the previous guests dirty towels and sheets were left in a heap in the middle of the floor. At £200 per night excluding breakfast I expect much much better. Very disappointing.”

“We only stayed one night and it was an okay enough experience, the staff were friendly and room clean, with ample parking. The amenities in the room were also good for our needs and really nice having some outdoor space. The on site pub was really nice and cosy with some board games which was nice to spend a relaxing evening playing.
