“The Three Cocks Hotel was an interesting facility. We arrived at about 6:50 pm, 10 minutes before end of check-in, but there was a note on the counter with the room key for self checkin. Odd process with nobody at the desk, the key to the room left out and no form of security at the front door. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, which we appreciated. A very rustic hotel, with very uneven floors, sagged support beams, rickety wooden front door and door upstairs. Breakfast was ok, but...

“We had a fantastic stay at the butchers arms. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with another hotel and Andrew and his team couldn’t do enough for us. What a lovely place to stay. Very clean place. Bed was super comfy had a fantastic nights sleep. We will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you Andrew and all the team for looking after us. 😊😊”

“Very clean, spacious room . Parking is mostly paid just outside the b&b - I think 3 parkings are there so no problem with finding a place.”

“The venue is currently set up for youth residential events so it doesn't have hotel facilities. Our room was modern and clean with comfortable beds and a good bathroom, but it would have benefited from a few extra amenities. Still, the staff were friendly and welcoming, we absolutely loved the estate and we look forward to visiting again soon. It's a great place for families who enjoy outdoor activities. I enjoyed a delicious Indian breakfast which made a nice change, and my daughter enjoyed her...

“We’re walking the Herefordshire Trail and stayed here for one night. I was a good choice. A friendly welcome. We had an excellent room which was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to walk around. Food in the evening was excellent, with a good menu choice. A good selection of cask beers. Breakfast was excellent a good menu to choose from. All the staff were great. We highly recommend.”

“ An excellent stay overall. Our room was very comfortable and pleasant. Common kitchen area a bit chaotic but ok. Easy to find and convenient for Brecon. Would return.”

“Over all we had a great three night stay. Very friendly staff, good accommodation and location. Our only criticism was that when we ate in the restaurant one evening and had breakfasts the food wasn’t hot and the plates hadn’t been heated.”

“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially when I couldn't open the key cabinet. Dinner was quite excellent and reasonably priced. Room was larger than expected but TV reception was patchy and screen kept freezing perhaps due to poor Wi-Fi reception. One thing to remember, they do not have allocated parking - whilst there is a large car park behind it is £2 for 2 hours and £6 for a day but keep in mind the gates are shut from10pm to 8am which is unhelpful when you need to leave...
