“Our stay was perfect! We spent a week at the hotel and, if it had been up to us, we would definitely have stayed longer. The hotel is brand new, modern, and beautifully designed. For us, it is the most beautiful hotel in Kaprun. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made time for a nice chat. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!”

“Stayed here overnight. Really great breakfast and the full kitchen made it easy to cook a meal in. Room was great for two adults and two teens. We were there in summer and the only downside was it was hot and with the balcony doors open you got street noise, smoke from other balconies and bugs. We didn’t sleep very well. I can imagine in ski season it’s perfect.”

“Virkelig dejligt Gasthaus hotel med god restuarant, centralt beliggende i Kaprun. Vi blev ved ankomsten opgraderet til et større værelse uden beregning, og var meget tilfredse med hele opholdet. Inkluderet i opholdet var til vores overraskelse blandt andet et frikort til mange lifter i området. Både området, byen og hotellet kan varmt anbefales. ”

“設備が充実してとってもよいホテルでした ハイキングを楽しむ私達には、ホテルに戻ってサウナとプールがとても身体と心を癒してくれます オーストリアのサウナは男女一緒で、かつ、水着は着用しないルールなので、最初は戸惑いましたが、こちらのホテルのサウナは大小の個室タイプが沢山ありました プールのあと中庭でパラソルの下で日向ぼっこをして至福の時間を過ごしました スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーでかつ親切で、わたしの質問にも嫌な顔せずに丁寧に答えてくれました 夕食付きのプランで宿泊しましたが、1日目はブッフェ、２日目はコースと変えてくれる心遣いもいいです また、絶対にわたしはこのホテルを利用します”

“Hotel was a lovely family run hotel. We had a family room which consisted of two adjoining bedrooms with one bathroom of the main bedroom. There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean. I hadn’t realised when booking that in the summer months the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings. “Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können. ”

“Beautiful in all ways except the shower. It’s the size of a small RV yshower and almost impossible tomorrow enjoy or Get completely clean. It’s very surprising given that the entire bathroom is big Big plus is the team. They are really wonderful. Every single one. The breakfast is also amazing.”
