“Firstly, the staff were lovely. I was travelling with my disabled mum and noted when booking we would need a ground floor room. We booked a "suite" with a bed for two and a bed for one so that we would have enough space to manoeuvre. Unfortunately we hadn't been given a room on the ground floor but this was quickly rectified. “No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! ”
