Dallas (DFW) to New York (JFK)
The room is clean but very small (like many older properties in NYC). I don't need or use most amenities and found the location to be excellent for my needs. Appreciated the refrigerator in my room, would love to have access to a microwave (perhaps in lobby?).
I had very few interactions with staff. Basic accommodation in a city full of much higher priced albeit newer and more amenity filled properties.
Suggestions: Offer coffee/water in lobby, upgrade lobby furniture and decor,
