The hotel is nice and a little too busy but we did enjoy the room. The bed was comfortable and room clean. The only thing is that my “self” check in didn’t work for me. Tried reaching out to hotel and wasn’t helpful. So then we had to wait in line for 45 min to check in. It still took this long with 6 employees working. It seemed to me that they had no sense of urgency.

I liked everything if we needed something in the middle of the night the housekeeper would bring it. I love the restaurant Lucia Tacos those were delicious I just loved everything th hotel had to offer

MGM grand was very clean and well presented. My main beef with it was the lack of complimentary coffee and no cups in the rooms. One has the impression the entire experience was to encourage spending within the hotel.
