“Staff was extremely dry with us and slow to deliver requests whether that’s food at the restaurant or items in room. Our room phone didn’t work they sent a technician twice in the night to try to repair it but it was not repaired. That was after I went down to the counter because they also didn’t respond for a while on WhatsApp. Ordered food at their only restaurant and it was average. “Edificio nuevo y tiene parking robotizado. Suite bien distribuida, con camas cómodas, limpia, mucha luz natural y vistas a la Torre Komar y la ciudad. No dispone de servicio de desayunos, pero hay una cafetería y 7eleven al lado. También hay 3 centros comerciales solo cruzar la calle. La ubicación es buena, está cerca del centro histórico. El único inconveniente es tener que atravesar 2 avenidas para llegar al centro.”
