“The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. “Lovely stay this week in the massive family room. 4 singles and one double bed in the room and it still felt very spacious. There was also a cupboard with hangers, a fan, tea/coffee making facilities and a huge fridge which came in very handy. “Staff were very courteous and accommodating, and gave helpful suggestions about the local area. Breakfast was made to order at our chosen time. Unfortunately, I thought the room looked rather tired and I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with hard ridges across the mattress all the way down. The bathroom in our room was OK but quite small.
