“Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

Solo tenía un ventilador en una mesa donde no había enchufe. Además se accede a todo el hotel por escalera, y a nuestra habitación por un tramo final muy empinado y muy estrecho. “OK, yes, some carpets need replacing, but cleanliness was A1. Staff were a delight - helpful and up for a laugh. The pools and steam room/sauna were really relaxing - once the children left... but, it's their pool as much as any one elses... children eh!? Breakfast was a usual self service affair, but really tasty and welcome after a swim and steaming session. We hope to return! ”

“The hotel is set on a beautiful setting in a stunning village of kirtlington. The hotel itself is idyllic to look at from the outside with beautiful stone work. The hotel has a good outdoor seating area and a fantastic restaurant with tasty Indian food. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome. They are so passionate about their business it really makes your stay that extra special. The rooms are clear tidy and very cosy. ”

“No hay nadie en recepción. En la web dicen que hay aparcamiento, y es mentira, es el aparcamiento de la calle que puede aparcar cualquiera. Nadie limpia las habitaciones y tampoco lo pone en la web. En el baño no hay plato de ducha, si te quieres duchar es en el suelo.”

“This is a lovely and really old property with very interesting features. Unfortunately it is not now used to its full potential but was a comfortable place to stay for a night. We had everything we needed even though one or two places could do with updating. Meals, other than a buffet breakfast, are not provided, so it would be necessary to find somewhere else for an evening.”

“Nice stay, easy onsite parking through remote gates leading to property. Good breakfast located a short stroll away at the show jumping club house. Peaceful setting. ”
