“Been to a few hotels around Liverpool when travelling for football and this was by far my favourite. Room was very big, staff were great, cleanliness was top, pool and other facilities were great and well maintained.”

“Incredibly outdated, broken and cracked bath panel, broken bathroom unit, broken long mirror (removed, pins still in wall), bathroom door very badly scuffed. Furniture very aged and mattress could feel the springs when lyijng down. Linen looked clean but smelled. Staff members, quietness, views and location were all fantastic - such a shame. Update the rooms, or even just fix the broken fixtures, and I would consider returning.”
