had an excellent stay! The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The location was convenient and walkable to shopping areas and dining options, with easy parking available. Breakfast was delicious and well organized. Everything felt safe and welcoming — I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Location wise, it was convinient for us. Everything was within walking distance. Amenities, not so good. It lacks a fridge, microwave, and you have to keep updating your key card everyday. They will only give you one key card per room. Room service is ok. Some items on the breakfast menu is not available or out of stock. Staff cleans the hallway everyday. Room is big enough as well as their bathroom. All in all it's an ok stay for us.

Other tenants were noisy around midnight as if they’re the only tenants at the hotel. There was limited dining and quite far away to any fast food restaurants around.

This is only a narrow end of a large building. The room was OK, but there was no safe in the room. The shower area was basic Filipino style shower which is fine.

‘booked a family suite and in the itinerary it said it’s a room with 3 queen sized beds. There were only 2 beds, and there were 6 of us. When we ordered the complimentary breakfast some had extra charges, and a few minutes later we were told that one of the order which they said was complimentary was not—so we had to pay for it. We travelled with a baby, she kept crying during the night and couldnt sleep coz the fire alarm kept ringing, we had to call 2x bec it keeps on ringing. They were stains on the sheets as well.
