“We went there on our wedding night. Just out of town so we could be away for one night. The service was great. At night there were hockey kids running and screaming and banging the halls. Totally inappropriate, especially when not all guests are there for hockey. I couldn't find the phone in the room. Didn't realize they moved them from the side table by the bed to the desk. When we woke and were checking out I informed them of our disappointment at the desk. Basically said no one else...

“El check in y la estancia de maravilla, el día del check out una pesadilla, la persona en escritorio a las 10:58 llamando y amenazando que el check out es a las 11 a pesar de que avise que saldría a las 12 a su compañero por la madrugada ya que habíamos ido a una boda en Cavan , me hostigo desde las 10:58 am que debía salir, gritaba al teléfono y ordenaba, le dije que al menos 20 minutos y llamó a los 20 Minutos gritando, luego fue a tocar a la habitación, salí a las 11:50 am pero no regreso...

“Bedbugs! .. no complimentary coffee in the rooms .. loud partier's all night .. specifically to my room there was blood splatter on the walls, we moved a mattress and there was blood stains on the box spring, damage on bathroom door both sides damage on entrance door the hinges were torn off, something crazy happened in that room and they still rent it .. it looks to me like it's under New management by new Canadians .. enough said”

“I went as a solo traveller in fall on a work trip. I was upgraded to a room with a porch and a view. The staff were excellent. I had dinner one night in the restaurant and the food and service was very good. My room was very comfortable. I would like to go back in season and stay in a cottage.”
