New house and was properly equipped. House was pretty inside and plenty of room for everyone. Wasn't crazy about the community pool so we went to a different one down the road. It was pretty pricey for a small pool. There was only enough parking for 2 vehicles and with a house that can sleep that many people it made it difficult because you can't park on the street due to being towed.
