Considering it’s an old hotel, it is pretty well kept. It needs more of a DEEP cleaning. Gambling area needs a bigger air purifier.

This location was awful. In 2026 to still allow smoking in your facility without proper ventilation is ridiculous. The hotel and our room itself smelled heavy of smoke. There was literally a lady walking through with a lit cigarette in her mouth as we were heading to our room. We asked to move rooms because of the smoke smell in our room. The first lady we spoke to at the desk shortly after we arrived said it would be an additional $150 for them to move us the next day and they would come up and spray the room. Moving the next day was not the acceptable solution, because they still had rooms available and spraying was not the root problem, it's poor ventilation in the hotel overall. We ended up having to staybin the room that night, but went back down around 3:30am because our neighbors were loud and we couldn't sleep. They said they would send up security, no one ever came. My fiance finally spoke with another worker that said she could move us to the other tower and it would only be $10 extra per night. We were very confused because how does the price change so drastically. We finally get moved round 1pm that day and then the power goes out in the hotel the next. It was a complete mess for our group of 10. Half of us had power the other half did not. Even with the moves needless to say we will never recommend nor stay at Harrah’s again. This was a major flop and put a damper on our trip completely.

Came for a concert at Allegiant stadium hotel was conveniently located nearby! Walked there! Expected better for an MGM company…Decently cleaned, just old or not maintained well over the years, elevators shake horribly and panel doors missing, furniture in room beyond needing an update, no refrigerator unless you rent it meaning my purchased bottled water was room temperature! Staff was very helpful though! Casino floor kept up obviously!

I was very disappointed with my stay at Icon Brickell, especially as a parent traveling with children. The apartment and overall property did not match what was presented in the photos, which was disappointing from the start. At the pool, I was supervising three children at all times, but we were repeatedly approached about rules that had not been clearly communicated. I was first told I had to be inside the pool with the children, which I did. Then, one child was told he could not jump in, even though he was wearing a life jacket and I was supervising him. Later, we entered the hot pool and were only then told that children must be over 5 years old. I understand that safety rules are necessary, but they should be clearly posted and explained in advance. Families should know these restrictions before entering the pool area. What was supposed to be an enjoyable family stay became stressful and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Icon Brickell to families with young children.
