“The property is well maintained and conveniently located just a short walk from the Musanze bus terminal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The food prepared by the guest house cook was excellent! Our only concern was the lack of hot water in the shower, but that may have been due to the fact that we didn't know to plug in the water heater.”

“I would not recommend this stay to anyone. I booked a cottage. When I got there close to midnight, there was insects crawling around. They changed my room to only have plumbing issues where as soon as you turn on the sink the floor flooded with water accompanied with spiders, for them to have to change me again to a very small room which is not what I paid for. “The house is a 15-20’ walk from the center. Difficult to communicate with the lady (no French, little English) but her husband speaks fluent French. Excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room.”

“I booked a small single room which was perrfectly adequate for my needs. The wifi was challenging, but the reception worked on it and got it to work for me. Very friendly and helpful staff, the food was good, and they were open to fix us something not on the menu. Its located off the main road outside of the town center, but is still a walkable distance from the business centers. ”

“it is a good stop over to volcano national park. about 20 mins drive. the property is okay. it was well kept. the room was gorgeous but the mattress was terrible. it is hard and gave me backache. the breakfast can be made better. the staff is nice. ”
