Great place will be back.

Bed frame mattress was in was not clean. Air went out in room throughout the night. Called desk and was told someone will call me back. Instead of calling to resolve the issue. My son had to go to the front desk to get it handled by asking for me to be put in another room. That room toilet did not flush well. Had to wait until water slowly build in tank to flush toilet when using it. Cooler box in each room was not cool or cold more like lukewarm.Patio area was not clean. Breakfast buffet and coffee was lukewarm for $19.99. Staff check in was pleasant and friendly. Other staff members along with security were unprofessional playing and laughing as if they were at a social event and not at work. Which requires them to be professional. Parking deck was dirty. Overall experience was of an average at best.

The room we had could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, especially the ceiling. The room had a very strong smell of perfume which I found to be a bit odd. I have stayed in many hotels, and I never had that experience. The breakfast was ok - nothing special.

Boutique hotel with an outdoor dining space great dining And a speakeasy to cap off the night. Walking distance to downtown shops dining will definitely rebook.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and I think that’s where the niceties end. The WiFi in my room outright didn’t work even after paying the $10 and signing up for the membership. The tv is also fairly outdated and also couldn’t connect to the internet but it gets 50 channels so there’s that. There was 1 microwave on the entire floor and it’s in possibly the hottest room I’ve ever been in, with the ice maker for some reason. They won’t tell you this when you check in or out for whatever reason but you’ll need to keep 1 of your keycards after checkout to scan out when you leave or you’ll have to pay for all of the parking you already paid for a second time before you can leave. The pool also looks nothing like the pictures and there’s too many trees around to tan. I almost forgot but aslong as you get one of the higher floors the view is nice especially at night so there’s that aswell. All in all I had a better experience last week at the Hampton which is pretty sad for what’s supposed to be an upscale hotel but I digress. Maybe the suites are better who knows I won’t be booking again to find out.
