Vacations Close To Fu'an Stadium

We always enjoy our stay at Resorts World. The staff and the food (love Juniors) are all great! Hotel has everything for a great LV stay!

Check in was awful. I had opted to do express check in, so I submitted my info beforehand, opted to pay extra for a good view, and added parking to our stay. When I arrived, the express check in kiosk said my room wasn’t ready yet (at 4:30 pm) and they would email when it was. Left our luggage with bag check, and went to shop and eat. Got two emails at 6 pm that the room was ready, and one at 8 pm to come pick up my keys, but when we checked in on the kiosk the room still wasn’t ready (at 9 pm now). Finally stood in the long line I was trying to avoid, only to have the woman at the front tell me I booked “whatever was available” and they were “very full tonight,” dismissing my frustration that I’d been waiting for five hours and had multiple emails. She finally handed me keys after a few minutes. The room was large and clean, and surprisingly quiet for being near an elevator. Amenities were good. My room was not the upgraded view I had selected. The next day, we found we had been charged for parking twice. I reached out to customer service and they refunded my resort fee and one of tbr parking charges. Overall, it wasn’t a positive experience.

Cleanliness needs to be focused
