Vacations Close To Fred G. Bond Metro Park

The apartment was just like the pictures! We would recommend this for anyone

My partner and I arrived a few hours before check in and was pleased when they said we could check in early after a redeye flight. I was told it would be $40, I agreed, but later saw on the website that early check in is only $10. I had booked a king suite and was given an ADA room with 2 beds. It would have been nice to have been informed that the room was different so I could choose to wait for the room I booked. The refrigerator didn't work and I didn't realize until my food was already room temp and had to be thrown out, The shower was small, and there was a questionable brown smudge on the bathroom door. I chose this hotel for the fact they have a hot tub as several in the area don't. However, the hot tub was cold the entire 4 days I was there, and I brought it up on day 1. It was a decent location to the areas we were going to be visiting, but I would not stay again.

Julius was excellent as usual and the bellman was great too.

The rooms were clean and quiet. There was myself and my daughter. I guess I should have booked a handicapped accessible room since we both use canes and can only walk short distances at one time. But I prefer to leave those rooms open for severly handicapped people. I asked for a room on the first floor or near an elevator if on a different floor. We had to walk quite a way to our room, which was difficult. We stayed 2nights and no one brought us towels and washcloths for the second day or emptied our trash. I don't care about beds being made. I can straighten them out or make them. You should not have to ask for towels to be brought or trash to be taken out. Other than this the room was fine.
