“My biggest frustration was being completely unaware that this was an unmanned facility and that we were to receive an email with access instructions within 24 hours of arrival - having spent the whole day in meetings then a drive to the guesthouse (arriving about 9pm) I was not aware of any of this. No answer on the contact phone number displayed at the venue to call in case of any issue. It all added stress I did not need. Why not communicate this information at the time of booking?”

Our room was comfortable although window wouldn’t stay open to let in fresh air as it was a warm day outside. Our even meal was delicious with a good choice of menu. Breakfast was also good and the service was swift. a great start to our day. All in all an enjoyable stay would revisit this hotel again in the future.”
