Good. Staff did their jobs. Giant massive pot hole out front got fixed. Only big complaint was the dog in the room across from me kept barking all the time. And we were on the first floor and they have blinds but not curtains. So I could see everyone walking by and felt a little bit exposed

We had the most amazing stay! We were there for about 5 days. Isaiah and the staff were so kind and helpful, everything was neat, clean, and well kept. I traveled with my husband, kids, mom, and niece. If we are ever in FT Walton again we will definitely be staying here!

This is a fairly new property so it is very clean & well maintained. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The property is also pet friendly. The rooms are suites with a stove and full size refrigerator. The bathroom was very spacious and all of the linens were nice. The only negative things were the queen beds were not very comfortable and this hotel is a part of Extended Stay America so it is subject to some "riff raff" around the property. However, during our stay, everyone was friendly and there were no issues.

This was a quick getaway for us. It was perfect, close to everything. It was for my daughter's sixth birthday. Was able to go to the beach, which was only a 15 minutes away. Also, Carlos was a great help. Thank you so much for everything. 🌴❤️☀️🙏

The room was very clean and for the price it exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. They can use an extra person to check in during holidays. My check in lasted at least 30+ minutes. There are key pads to get to elevators and rooms. Overall, id go back. It's off the beaten path but close enough to drive.

The room was great for the money: very clean and loved that it a full size refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. The only thing the room was missing was a hairdryer ( not a huge deal) but I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have one and I don’t bring one. The water pressure wasn’t great so not good for washing off sandy bodies but other than those 2 very small things it was great. We knew it didn’t have a pool when we booked it so I cannot complain about that at all.

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and had small kitchenette. However, if you wanted to use it or needed plates/silverware... etc you would have to purchase them at the front desk. It was easier to go to Wal-Mart to get paper plates. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They were very nice and understanding when we told them about bringing in our dog without notice. The cost was $10 per day per animal. I would recommend this Hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

It was a very nice motel stay and very well kept so no complaints about that but the way we was treated just because of something happening , that was beyond our control. I attempted to clean the mess to the best of my ability but they refused to allow us to have any more towels to do so. Then they had the audacity to charge an additional fee of $300. In my opinion, the little mess that remained could have been handled by housekeeping.

This is a brand new extended stay hotel. Desk staff was curteous and helpful and other support staff were very professional. Everything was clean and functional. Due it's "newness", there was a lingering smell of new carpet and solvent, which I did not like and which triggered a migraine in me. This isn't anybody's fault, nor can anybody do anything about it, but it was still unpleasant. The room itself is small, but functional. AC unit was struggling to keep the place cooled, but was eventually able to get me comfortable. The room was a mini suite with a nice big refrigerator, big microwave, two burner stove and big stainless steel sink. However, there were no plates, cups, bowls, silverware or cookware, only a small plastic cutting board. So, that did make me grin. This didn't affect me, since I only spent a couple of nights, but would be a problem for someone staying longer. The bathroom is large, bright and very nice. I overall recommend this and would come back.
