Would have been nice to have a restaurant/ bar onsite but other than that we couldnt have been happier. I was so happy to get 2 chairs and umbrella every day on the beach. Gorgeous views. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was located perfectly for a family gateway with kids. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was stuffed with plenty of utensils. We enjoyed beautiful views of the gulf from our living room and the balconies all day long. I would definitely live to visit again.

Exterior door to the appt. Was a little worrisome. Exterior door was very dirty. Smell was a little funky inside the rooms. Over all very clean and organized. Just the main door into the room was our biggest concern-did not seem too safe.

Clean, great view, all was great but was listed as 2 bedroom 2 bath but was only 1 bedroom 2 bath, had a very uncomfortable sleeper sofa that we couldn’t sleep on, so bought an air mattress. Not sure who was a fault but we paid the price. Other than that all was ok.

Great little condo

We loved staying in this condo and we loved the service provided by Southern Vacation Rentals. It was easy, it was clean, the checkout was a breeze - honestly, no complaints. The room had a great view and was in a great location. I would stay here again.

The check is was horrible. We arrived a little early so I texted southern rental vacation they said we could go ahead and enter the condo. We put all our stuff in the room took a short walk on the beach came back to the room. We were locked out. Called them they said they couldn’t help up because they didn’t have a credit card on file. I explained that my wallet and phone were in the room. They wouldn’t budge finally after talking to a supervisor I was given access to the room on the condition I gave them my credit card number. We called the police and filled a report. After that everything went smoothly. We texted them and asked for one more day. They gave us another day at a good price. Again we were locked out of the room. It took about ten minutes for them to let us in. For the most part they were easy to work with except the check in. It was absolutely ridiculous that the first man we spoke with would not help us at all. We both made the best of it and had a great vacation. I would stay at that property again
