“El hotel está muy bonito, muy limpio. Lo único es que NO había agua ni para el baño, llamamos a help desk para que nos dijeran que pasaba y no dieron solución, el agua llegó mucho tiempo después, nos tuvimos que ir sin bañar.”

“Rude front desk person, the room was filthy and had bugs. The door locks were both broken. Room on the ground floor, next to pool and no other rooms. Smelled too. Asked the front desk for a different room because I felt unsafe in a ground floor room with no lock. She said there were no other rooms. Asked for a refund and she said tough luck. Horrible service and hotel”

“The hotel is old. Rooms are small. Our bathroom has no exhaust fan. So it was like a sauna in there. Needed towels the 2nd night there. We were told to bring our used towels to the front desk and they'd give us new ones.
We had ants in our bathroom. Our shower drain slowed down to slow. They told us it was probably hair in the shower. In four night , I don't think we shed that much hair and the shower curtain wouldn't stay put.
When we checked out and they asked us how our stay was,I said do...
