Rooms are currently being renovated but Nick (owner/operator) and crew are mindful of the hours. Breakfast items are simple but nice. Location is in a great spot. The owner and his wife are really nice people and helpful throughout the entire stay.

For the rate that I paid for the room, I'm not disappointed. The room was freshly renovated and clean. The property was clearly going through a renovation outside as well. My only complaints are fairly minor. First, I booked a king bed but was given a queen, the air conditioner was quite noisy and I had to adjust the toilet because it was constantly running the first night. Other than those few things the stay was great.

The room was the darkest room I have ever stayed in. There were only small lamps. I couldn't even see in the bathroom to get ready for work each day. The walls are paper thin and I barely slept for 3 days because of the noise from other rooms. The staff tried to fix the noise but with the walls it didn't make any difference. As far as the darkness the manager told me that super 8 likes the rooms that way so people can't see the unclean rooms. I would never stay there again and I hope no one else does.

The rooms were very clean, Nick the owner is super fantastic. You could not ask for better service. Breakfast is great, I would like to see scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon added in the future but I am not sure if he has the accommodations to add that. They have waffles and cereal fruit ,pastries ,toast coffee juice an very cold milk. Air-conditioned rooms are great an work great. I will always stay here when in Colorado. I highly recommend this motel an I can't say enough about the service I recieved. Great service by Nick an his staff.

I checked in online but arrived to find my reservation had been canceled. I was given a room for my first canceled night but left to fend for myself the second night during graduation weekend when the hotels were either sold out or extremely expensive. There is no coffee in the rooms. The lighting in the rooms is terrible and the breakfast has very few decent options. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was definitely much better than my stay last year. It is under new ownership n management. They are under renovation. The owner was very nice n helpful. My only complaint is being taken at 6am with someone going up n down the stairwell and being loud in the hallway. Other than that, all was well.

Room was great. Continental Breakfast...Saturday staff was 30 minutes late opening up. You had dry cereal and oatmeal but no milk. Pastries were day old at least and by Monday morning were pretty much trash. Sunday morning the waffle mix was empty. THIS NEEDS A LOT OF WORK!!!
