Vacations Close To Fort Charlotte

Got in at 1300 hours got room keys all to find out the room was not ready. Found the cleaning crew inside the room screwing around. After a long day and relaxing finally 11p time for bed all to discover dead bugs on the bed. 12:07 midnight got a new room, ac not working properly , during beach and pool got offered drugs by someone within. They also strangers to come towards where you are put on the beach side. boy those 5 days felt like an eternity. Thought the RIU was classy. I should have stayed In Atlantis. Was happy once I touched USA customs However , Bohemian people are great

Security stole a bag that we left in the casino containing an expensive cigar and bottle of rum. Front desk told me they had it, security then denied it. I had to threaten filing a report and requesting footage, then all of a sudden they found the bag. Lifeguards all incredibly rude, very difficult to get service at cove pool. You have to get up and ask for a waitress. Don’t spend the extra money for the cove, not worth it at all. Most of the slides and activities were closed (6/10 of them). Only reason I’m adding a second star is for Jackson at The Cove, who had to fight with casino security to get my stolen items back. I’ve been to Atlantis 5x, it has fallen off, mostly due to lack of service. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them everywhere. Disappointed I paid so much.

You guys need to put the resort all inclusive you charges for everything and the resort is too expensive

Overall: amazing family vacation. We will be back! Our booking at the Coral was upgraded to the Royal due to renovations taking place during our stay. I reveived an email notification ahead of time. Our flight was early morning, which had us arriving at the resort around 11:30am. The check-in clerk was graciously able to locate us an available room within about 20mins! To say we were thrilled was an understatement. Having an 8yo and 10yo with us, this made our entire day and she received a generous tip of course. Room was very clean and staff made sure we had abundant clean towels every day. Shower always had hot water, although the shower head/water pressure was pitiful :( for us girlies with long thick hair, it was def a struggle. That's probably my biggest reservation during the entire trip! Beach was clean and chairs were plentiful. Wished there were more pools available. Coral pool was closed. Royal Bath was freezing, so we only visited one time.
